It rotates counter clockwise (ACW) . The housing diameter is 3 3/8" (85mm)
This tachometer has a nice metal case that is yellow zinc cad plating for corrosion resistance protection. It has mounting studs and brackets,
rubber gasket seals for mounting flush to dash. Also have chrome bezels and glass lens.
It has a light options included so owner has option to use or not to use.
