Pump is Not a remanufactured unit! Meets or exceeds OEM specs for fit and performance! 

Old fluid needs to be completely flushed and clean sump screen if used, install new hydraulic filter if used / Then use clean new fluid prior to installing new pump.

Also check transmission hydraulic fluid and pump / filters for faulty dirty system. Metal shavings from faulty pumps cause systems to go bad if not corrected prior to installing new pumps.
